Gallagher Associates’ work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the client. If a client is not completely satisfied with the services performed by Gallagher Associates, the company will, at the client’s option, either refund the price charged for the services that the client feels are not high quality, or accept a portion of that price that reflects the client’s level of satisfaction.

To assure that an arrangement remains responsive to the client’s needs, Gallagher Associates meets with its clients from time to time throughout the contract period specifically to discuss the client’s satisfaction. If appropriate, Gallagher Associates will work with the client to revise or adjust the scope of services to be provided and the prices to be charged in light of mutual experience.

Gallagher Associates understands that a client may terminate an agreement at any time, for any reason, within 10 days of written notice to the company. Any unpaid services that are outstanding at the date of termination would be paid in full within 10 days from the date of termination.

Gallagher Associates will continue to perform services for a client under an arrangement from month to month unless for some reason the client finds that some change is necessary and notifies the company accordingly.
